Came back from holiday with a shocking news..
What news?
HRC Regional Director told us that he will make sure that all testers are certified as soon as possible..
For me, that's really a good news..
Something I've been looking forward to..
Whoever not yet certified, will be sent to take CTFL..
Already certified, can apply for CTAL or Agile Tester..
So, what's so shocking about that?
Anyone that want to take those certifications, 6-months bonding period will be applied..
Yes, 6 months..
For me, not that logic..
Y? Because y they want to bond us so long compared to the amount they paid?
Ok, total cost the training + exam for CTFL would be RM 5,500, CTAL would be RM 7,000..
Still, I personally dun think that the amount worth the 6-months bonding period..
Even if u earn 3K, logically u only need to be bonded for 3 months to repay back the fee that the company had spent..
Another thing is, those certifications are fully sponsored by MOA..
In the case the participant failed the exam, he/she will have to pay it himself/herself..
As far as I know, when I contacted Jeffrey earlier this year, only when u applied individually that u need to pay first before joining the programme..
MSC Status companies dun have to spend anything for their employees..
Never mind, I'll wait for my counselor to come in from his meeting..
It's better to ask him directly then made any assumption..
Since he's the one that discussed the matter with the director..
So, he knows best..
I really hope the bond will not take that long..
Yes, I dun mind the bond since I dun have the intention to leave currently but..
6 months.. is a long period of time..
Anything can happened in 6 months, right??
